January 19,2009: An annual duty in the UP is shoveling the roof. An hour from when this was taken it was snowing again and adding to what we were removing.

This reminds me of when we had first moved to Hancock and had a rickety garage. "Time to shovel the roof," I said. One foot of snow and not even January. My now ex-husband said, "You are so paranoid." That's when I knew we were living in different worlds." Of course I did it myself. P.S. Could you contact me about using your photo?
