Fishing the Kenai Penninsula

We left Valdez and made our way thru the winding forests and lakes down to the confluence of the Russian River and the aqua colored glacier water of the Kenai River. We overnighted 2 nights at the Russian River Ferry and took our place alongside the combat fishermen lining the banks. The next week, July 3rd, we started the Kenai Fishing School. We have decided to spend the month in Soldotna at the Diamond M RV Ranch...it is a great place to stay a while.

What absolutely spectacular pictures! The scenary is amazing. The fishing looks unbelievable. Good thing you have pictures. :)
