Years ago I didn't eat breakfast.
In recent years I pay attention to what I eat.
If I have an omelet for breakfast, I'll have the
fruit, nuts, and grains later in the day.
On a usual day, this is my breakfast recipe:
2/3 cup oatmeal in a microwave safe cup
1/4 cup mixed nuts
1/4 cup fruit (blueberries, cranberries, or banana)
Rice milk or juice to barely cover (I'm allergic to milk)
Cook in Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
(Eat on the way to work.)
