These are some of my collection of CZJ Werra 1 35mm cameras. The olive Green covered model dates from between 1955 and 1958. The black covered model from between 1961 and 1963. The Zeiss Ikon light meter is contemporary. I like the werra partly for nostalgic reasons (my father used one when I was a child in the early 1960s), and partly for the clean, ingeneous design (film advance and cocking the shutter is performed by rotating the lens barrel clockwise about 90 degrees).
