Sunroom Office - now Craft Studio / Game Room

A view to die for. Very appropriate that my last home has a killer view. Reason I bought this manor...needed lots of updating but the deck was already enclosed & the sliding door removed. (many manors have enclosed decks but the sliding doors have been left in place)Ceiling was finished & insulated as well as heating/AC air duct installed & electrical outlets. Sept. 2014, floor got leveled out..was sloped due to it being an outside deck. A window seat & new carpet to be laid in dining room, living room & sunroom. Office has been to moved into what is the master bedroom that has a view of trees & Mt. Diablo.
