Review: The mesh's holes are quite large so lots of nyjer seed & other small seed fall out. Mesh screens are stiff & slide out for easy cleaning.
Easy to fill, attractive. Other than seed slipping easy through the holes, great feeder. Birds love it-yellow seems to attract goldfinches faster & because of the mesh more birds can feed together.

Review: Does work but strong winds can blow it so seed spill out. Heavy FISHING SINKERS attached to the hooks can prevent that as well as just a heavy object on the mesh. Comes with a storage sleeve. My condo neighbor below complained she was not getting as many birds since I put it in use! So even the SMALLEST one does keep well over the 90% of the seeds off the ground. I would suspect the larger ones would keep close to 100% of the seeds from falling to the ground.

Would recommend both the feeder & seed hoop. Never seen any rodents since it was place in use! Shown is the SMALL 16" hoop, also comes in 24" & 30" that have 6 cords to hang it.
