I went back to the park today and took the same photo as yesterday.
Today I used my 24mm tilt-shift lens. It is a manual focus lens. First I focused on the flower. Then I tilted. The result is much better. I also used a polarizer filter today.

1/250s f/8.0 at 24.0mm iso200 full exif
