The Rainbow was God's Promise to Noah

There was a big storm while we were out to dinner. When we left the restaurant, the sky was still dark, but there was a wonderful rainbow. We went to the park so I could catch the rainbow over the lake...God's Promise.

We saw this busy little muskrat poking around earlier:

Very pretty, Cindy. Giving it the slight over exposure created a wonderful pastel. Beautiful shot. BTW the composure is excellent and the horizon is level.
