Toledo's skyline has changed so much. Toledo has taken advantage of its riverfront. They have new skyscrappers and new building throughout downtown. There is now a big change leaving Michigan with cities like Detroit and Flint in urban decay and now heading to Toledo. Toledo truly is a great city.
