O'Bryonville is a sub-neighborhood of Evanston located in Cincinnati. O'Bryonville is a business
district on Madison Avenue that offers an array of boutiques, shops and a couple of taverns.

I have a very old picture of a building at the corner of Cinnamon and Madison Road when Madison was still a dirt road. There is a horse trough in front of it. It is a commercial building called the J. Kasperlein Central Exchange. I think it was a coal exchange and later a saloon. It is on Flickr if you want to see it. A search for O'Bryonville should bring it up. I am very interested in knowing more about the history of the building. It's a very cool picture. Take a look.

I grew up in O'Bryonville and what we see today is not the O'Bryonville that this 35 yearold male grew up in. It is a sub-neighborhood of Evanston; The bridge betweeen Evanston and Hyde Park. The changes that have been made to my old community is beautiful!. I just hope it continues to be the diverse neighborhood that it once was when I rode my bike down Cinnamon , Pogue and Cohoon!

Well for one, you could have commented a little more tackfully. I suggest you look it up. Cincinnati has 52 official neighborhoods and O'Bryonville is not one of them. Realtors tend to lump O'Bryonville & the eastern part of Evanston in with Hyde Park because they fall under the 45208 zip code.

O'Bryonville a sub-neighborhood of Evanston ? Your out of your cotton-picking mind... Thats worse than being called Hyde Park as the Cincinnati Enquirer is want to do.... O'Bryonville is just O'Bryonville.. Has been for 176 years.. Our heritage is great, we don't want to be tied to any other neighborhood.. Cincinnati neighborhoods were always proud to be themselves.. "Let each area carry its own flag". We can all march together... Thank You, Tom Mc Donough..
