I was at the Ft Snelling State Park today. With all the heavy rains in Minnesota recently, the Minnesota River has overflowed its banks. This area is a sidewalk to a fishing pier.
Because it has a water reflection I automatically like it. We like plenty of other places could certainly use some of your excess water if you could figure out how to push the high pressure ridge south. Paul
