I will say that Trout are the easiest fish in the world to cook...which is why I cook them. Only make sure that all the flesh is firm, the eyes clear, some sea salt, olive oil, pepper, garlic and a little rosemary and lemon of course....shockingly good for someone that can't cook at all.....lol
