CIC 14 Emotive Portrait

The emotive portrait is not your ordinary portrait. It is filled with a feeling such as happiness, moodiness, goofiness, surprise, a subtle hint of a smile, those glaring eyes, etc. It allows the viewer into the mood of the subject, and adds a bit of study into the portrait itself. The emotive portrait adds an "interest factor", that an ordinary portrait will lack. Your portrait need not be limited to a person but can be an animal! It can be a group of people but one person should stand out among the rest. Close up, far away - your image should not leave any doubt as to the emotion of one subject. No problem using your skills at post processing either - go for it! This could be a good way to practice your portrait skills, and you may get that perfect emotive shot! The Eligible Gallery is for images captured with ANY Canon camera during the Challenge period and subject to Rules outlined in the Official Challenge FAQ.

The Exhibition gallery is for images taken any time with any camera.
