PLASMA SCREEN SHOTS GALLERIES.

These shots, taken with my Canon S45 digital camera, show various movies playing on my Panasonic 42" Plasma. Given the high interest in flat screen displays, many people are wondering: "Is Plasma picture quality is any good?"

How is that possible? You are looking at them through another display, which means the images you see, are not better than what your display can produce, and if the images are great, you must remember that it is your display that produces them.

you really have to lower sharpness, look at that flower field shot from Shrek and compare it with the one i posted.

Nice Pics. The color needs to be reduced slightly and there seems to be some red push. Perhaps the hue can be used to reduce this effect.

any chance you could share your secrets? ;)
I know its pretty much a personal choice thing when calibrating your TV but it would help me and others loads if you could post/email all your display settings so i can use them as a starting point then change em to suit my personal taste.

Just finished reading the 12 page thread on ED vs HD. I also live in Toronto and am just starting this venture. I would appreciate hearing from you as to whether anything in the past six months has changed your opinion on this debate and would also very much like to know the name of the dealer you referred to. Not a bad display. The Panny appears clear enough that one can notice how much more the CGI Industry has yet to go. Most other plama's mask the shortcomings.

Makes me give more serious consideration to the 50" Panny for my media room.
