Old photographs have always held a special fascination for me. The images of forgotten people that end up in boxes at flea markets and antique stores. Who were they? What was the arc of their life like? How did they end up utterly anonymous? - they once were someone's child, mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, friend.
