Test Canon TS-E 24f3.5 L II

Canon TS-E 24 purchased in Guangzhou/China for RMB 12800:-) (= USD 1.900, EUR 1350)
I could test the lens before buying. Luckily seems to be a good sample. Just very slight lower edge sharpness and higher CA on left side, compared to right side (at full 12mm shift).
Even at full shift, the lens shows barely no CA or distortion.
For 12mm shift upwards, f11 is sufficient to achieve optimum corner sharpness, for 12mm shift sidewards I would recommend f16.
