The Summer Term gives the opportunity for us to leave the classroom to get some practical hands on experience for the students to take some photographs with their digital cameras. It is also gives us a break from the hot computer room at this time of year. In the past we have had photo-shoot sessions in the class where people have brought in bits and pieces to take pictures of, but there is nothing quite like a nice summer evening walk, out and about taking photographs at a leisurely pace.
