I first met Rachel when I first started to teach Adult Education classes I teach at Barry Comprehensive School back in 2000. Since then, both Rachel and her husband Richard have become very close friends in our circle of friends, and have kindly invited me along on many of their countryside rambles that they organise here for many people in the Vale of Glamorgan.
