Summer 2002 saw me venturing to Canada to stay with friends Helen and Martin and their family. Whilst staying with them, I saw quite a lot in just the week I was there. Martin worked in the city of Toronto, and during the weekdays I was able to travel into the city with him, and spend the day doing the tourist thing. On the weekend, Helen took me to Rattlesnake Point and Niagara Falls - absolutely amazing!!! Apart from seeing all the tourist things, I really enjoyed staying with Helen and Martin because I got to see a bit of real Canadian life, living with the family, seeing their community and the way of things, a thoroughly enjoyable and incredible experience all round for which I cannot thank them enough!
