Cod with Parsley Sauce

Coat skinless loin fillets of cod with seasoned flour and fry in olive oil for about 5-6 minutes each side. Make a white sauce from butter,
flour and whole milk, season well with freshly ground black pepper and stir in plenty of chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Pour over the fish and serve with new potatoes and green veg.
