Chocolate Pots

Another amazingly simple dish that will have your guests guessing. Just 10 minutes work and two ingredients (plus the garnish!).
Melt 200g dark (70%) chocolate in a basin set over simmering water. Remove and let cool a little before stirring in a third of a 500g carton
of light (low fat) custard. Mix this well, until it's all glossy, then stir in the rest of the custard. Spoon into glass dishes and chill in
the refrigerator for a couple of hours, until set. Garnish with whipped cream to which you have added half a bar of grated white chocolate.
This will make about 6 servings.
