In February 2009, most of the UK was covered in snow for a few days, and the country ground to a halt!
The Thames Valley usually escapes most of the bad weather, but not this time. For the first couple of days of snow,
the sky was completely overcast and everywhere was quite colourless - so I converted the images to monochrome.
Then, on the third day, the sun came out...
...and a few days later, the snow melted. And the floods came...
