To share how I manage to use this 30 over yrs old hard case with my Leica M240 and 3 lenses, one small flash and EVF, it can fit properly with a little adjusted as shown here, I will try to carry it and let you know my comment on the field but it small, not so heavy as thought.

There are at least 3 models 14823, 14825 and this one is 14824.
This 14824 is made for Leicaflex SL2 , found note on Leicaflex SL2 instruction manual.
I understand that the 14823 and 14825 are smaller it can fit only one Leica M with maximum 2 lenses.
