Not sure how pretty he is, but he tasted pretty good. There's butter flavored with rosemary, sage, thyme, garlic, lemon peel, and crushed red pepper stuffed under the skin to keep the meat moist. He's stuffed with celery, onion, and carrots seasoned with thyme.
