Driving from Riga to Vilnius

We had heard horror stories about driving in the Baltic states, so we arranged for a car and driver to take us from Riga to Vilnius. The drive took about 3 1/2 hours, and was uneventful. Local drivers appear to have a death wish. speed limits were observed, and overtaking was disciplined. However, normal behavior is to drive within inches of nearby cars, and pray that they behave as expected.
