Australian bird photos - Morus serrator - Australasian Gannet

Point Danger (Portland) in the south west part of Victoria is home to a mainland colony of seabirds - Australasian Gannets.
Maremma dogs guard the colony, discouraging predation by foxes and thus giving the colony a chance to breed and thrive.
I recently had my second visit to the colony and was delighted to see many grey youngsters amongst the white adult birds.
