Great gallery. Like Bill Taylor, I was born in Oroville and we used to go to Chico a lot. It is a great little city. I especially love Bidwell Park.

Cheryl, your pictures are terrific. I will admit I'm biased, because I attended Chico State a few years ago, as one of the few people from southern California allowed into town without a visa. I'm sometimes sorry that I returned to the southern half of the state, until I remember I met my wife in Los Angeles, and I've had a great time living in L.A. (but I get out of town a lot.)

On my last visit to Chico, unfortunately pushing two years ago, I participated in the Wildflower Century bike ride. Chico and Chico State are in my pictorial guidebook about northern California. I DREAM about Chico. So thanks for taking me back for another wonderful visit. Your pictures are terrific.

I found myself outside of my own realm actually feeling as I were there with each image. My armchair traveler mode I call it which at times is rare. Good work Cheryl. If I could vote several times on this gallery I would.

Hey!!! I live in Corning and work in Chico! I have pictures of these dancers too..but from a different day. Keep up the good work!
