Honey Run Covered Bridge

This old covered bridge is located in Butte Canyon, near Chico. It was built in 1894.

Ah, yes - the Covered Bridge - I can remember walking with my girl friend over the bridge when we were students at nearby Chico State - what a great place - but what's that barrier at the far end? Nice picture - you created an interesting composition, and your exterior shot is a good one, too - I know from experience it's not easy to come up with a good photo of the bridge.

I've seen many photos of the outside of these bridges... and they all look beautiful... but never the inside... intriguing shadows
