My cruise ship was docked about a 1/2 mile from here. After being up for 24 hours and unable to go to my cabin for another 4 hours, I took the pathway along the Seine until I got to this vantage point. The fresh air
was welcome and it was interesting to see the tower during the day. I was too tired to venture over
the road to go up inside. Next time!
