Looks a lot smarter now than when I worked in the building on the extreme right in the late 70's (Social Security office at Maritime House).
We'd watch the Police fish the occasional dead body from the water on Monday mornings!
Ah, memories...I used to work in an office just over the bridge in Bernard Street in the early '80s. Great contrasts in this shot Charlie, the reflections are perfect with just a ripple of movement...like it!
