This is my "Photo of the week" for week ending 12 May 2011.
Rainbow Lorikeets feed on nectar from blooms of Bottle Brush trees and other flowering plants. Every morning a small group would noisily fly in to the garden to feed on the blooms of a flowering Mimosa.
