Not overly artistic, just exerimenting with manual exposure, low light and a high ISO.

An interesting contrast of scale.That is either one very large onion or one very small tomatoe :P Onion skins have such an intriguing crinkly translucent quality.Good shot:-)

Great experiment. I think the onion is fantastic. You might need a garlic or something more in a brown tone to go with it. Or, even a quater of another onion that you have sliced. Just brain storming.--Rene
