Published!!!

(Day 86) I just happened to be at the right place and I caught Darin the ox guy taking a little nap. Beginner's luck.

I had heard about this America 24/7 project where for a week in May, folks would take pictures of things around them and submit the images electronically for consideration.. so I submitted my image. Ya, me and more than 25,000 professional and amatuer photographers submitted images. Not a prayers chance I thought as only 300 images would be selected.

Last Christmas I received a complimentary copy of America 24/7 which included my image. In the October, I was notified that the image was again selected for the Virginia 24/7 edition and a few weeks ago a complimentary copy arrived as an early Christmas present. It will probably never happen again, but it's kind of cool to see your image in print :)
