Very beautiful, interesting and guided photographs. Volgograd is really fascinating with all its memories.I visited Volgograd in September 2009, it's marvellous. I had the opportunity to go on cruise on the Volga river and I think that the bridge is almost completed.
Yes, I would love to come again.

I surely enjoyed your great photos. I visited Volgograd in August, and early September 2001. The Sunday prior to my departure, I enjoyed the great pleasure of sailing upwards on the beautiful river, by all the important factories. I also witnessed the pouring of concrete upon the top of the tall bridge support which is so clearly visable in your phototaph. This, was on a Sunday. I have always since my departure, possessed a great burning desire to return and view, for sure, the new completed bridge. I am so very disappointed by learning this great proposed bridge has never been completed. What, a great dissapointment. I have constantly thought of this great, and important bridge. I also wished to walk from side, to side, of the great river by this bridge. I did enjoy the wonderful pleasure of transversing from bank, to bank ,by the hydropower dam bridge by auto.
