As can be seen in this picture, the north side of the Nave of Sta. Croce is under extensive restoration.
Many of the important tombs, such as that of Galileo, are covered by the scaffolding, as is the high altar.
Most of the south side of the Nave, where the tombs of Michelangelo and Leonardo Bruni are located, can still be seen at this time.
