This is the room in the Musee Cluny in Paris where the "Lady and the Unicorn" (La Dame a la Licorne") tapestries are displayed.
The circular room is almost pitch black, as the tapestries are very fragile, and here they are protected from light damage.
The smudges on the top of the image are reflections on the ceiling.
