The NPH (Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos) Orphanage is located
outside San Jorge, Nicaragua. The orphanage is home
to 40 boys and girls ranging in ages from less than one year to 8. Each
year, a group of ex-pats living in San Juan del Sur
make the visit to the orphanage to spend time with children. Nuestros Pequeños
Hermanos means Our Little Brothers (and Sisters.)
