Of Bowling Green, Kentucky, formerly of Memphis, retired minister for the Church of Christ, died of heart failure Thursday at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Johnson-Vaughn Funeral Home in Bowling Green with burial in Woodburn (Kentucky) Cemetery.
He was a member of Woodburn Church of Christ, a graduate of Memphis Central High School and Memphis School of Ministries, a Kentucky Colonel, and a volunteer for Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
The Reverend Mr. Donaldson, the husband of Carol Allred Donaldson, also leaves a daughter, Rebecca Fells of Woodburn; a son, Cody Jay Donaldson of Bowling Green: a brother, Richard Wayne Donaldson of Memphis; and two grandchildren.
