Como - Oscar Bert Stegall, 67, passed away October 31, 2013 after a six month struggle with liver cancer. He was born November 22, 1945 in Memphis, TN to Margaret J. and Dr. Oscar B Stegall. He was a local bluegrass musician and member of the Memphis Area Bluegrass Association. He loved his dogs and was an avid hobby mechanic. He is survived by his three daughters, Alisa Faith Stegall Allen, Lily McKenzie Stegall, and April Mignette Stegall; and three grandchildren, Noah, Ansley, and Alaina Allen. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Sunday, November 3 and graveside services will be 1 p.m., Monday, November 4 at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery.
