My first SLR, a secondhand newspaper-hack bought in '72, with an extra 135mm and cheap Toshiba lightmeter. I still have both! I was racing MX in Sweden and took hundreds of photos over those years, in heat, dust, rain, mud, and during biting cold winters up to y'nose in snow! It NEVER failed. The lightmeter was another story, not good in excessive sun or dark days, under and over exposing until I realised what it was. We, we all have to learn? But some of my photos were very good indeed, despite the limiting 1/500 shutter-speed.
