cebu stories is an experiment in media surplus value.
It would like to know if third world journalists could augment their earnings by posting their non too "newsy" pictures and stories here in pbase.
It would also like to know if their work about their city can interest people around the world enough to get their support. (Interested parties can inquire about this support email to gwendolynee@yahoo.com)
And it also hopes that in the process of seeking support for this writers and photographers that their works will be able to give the world a more accurate picture of the city that they live in. Which in this case happens to be Cebu City, Philippines.
