I made this cambalachi with last year's garden makin's. The Flemming Cambalachi (cambalachi in Spanish means "a big mess"). Bismati rice, Punjabi style Garam Masala curry, green Spanish olives, and onions. Mexican chorizo. From our garden, Japanese eggplant and tomatoes. Salted to taste.
