Made this for a my minion's 8th grade's graduation party. 8 layers of
German chocolate/yellow butter marble cake, two layers of whipped cream,
two layers of chocolate mousse, and three layers of strawberries slices in
strawberry liquor, frosted in Swiss style chocolate buttercream and topped
with two pounds of strawberries dipped in Calibaut Chocolat d'Origine
Tanzania. Cake was 10" diameter and 12" high.
