Crop.
Slight blur on background floor.
Sloppy clone of chair leg to get it the same color as the floor.
Burn background corners (that got rid of the sloppy clone too).
Slight desaturate (w/sponge tool) of blanket.

This was a quick fix - you'd want to spend a bit more time than I did to make sure everything looked closer to right.
