Took a stab at this one. Used the healing brush for the dermatology and to try and make the double chin less noticeable. Sharpened the eyes and whitened the teeth a bit with a white filled mask at 42% opacity and 38% fill set to Lighten mode and used mask to fit it to only the teeth.
