umm, there's definitely some Photoshop going on here. It says, no flash was used...but how could the bird be so bright in what is obviously a dark, sunset (i can see it in the water) atmosphere? Also, its obvious that a flash was used...note the redeye in the bird...this was clearly cut out of another picture...the water isnt reflecting the light from the flash but the bird is.
