Despite the windy threatening weather, a few brave people entered the annual Fourth of July Boat Parade on Willoughby Lake. The theme this year was "America the Beautiful" and the winner was this canoe - built, decorated, and piloted by Sue Randall and Gary Hale. This photo was printed in our three local newspapers.
