I'm bringing up the rear..grin. I was really hanging back, attempting to get a pic of
my new baby. He wasn't off lead, and he wasn't smelling flowers. There were
little creatures in the underbrush that caught his attention. Due to the fact that
he has been in a rescue kennel from last July until this Feb., so many things are
new to him. We were walking down the street, there was a signboard with balloons
attached. He was really afraid of them at first. I advanced and poked them with
my fingers, showing him there was nothing to fear. He is really a good boy..he checks
things out and then is no longer afraid. I remain the Big Dog, protecting this little 110 lb
baby :)).. Last July, he weighed only 75 lbs when picked up.
