I think I lost my mind or at least my memory, or all of the Military might affected my thinking. Almost all of the shots I took , the people's backs were to the sun. In this one, I did a bit of ps to have his face visible at all. That Buster Brown hat makes an excellent sun shade. It is also as stiff as a piece of drywall. I said that it looked to me as if it would be very effective when dealing with recruits that didn't see things his way. ( I'm sure you have seen how they get up right in your face, inches apart, all you would need to do for emphasis was a slight head nod to make your point :)
He told me they weren't allowed to do that.. They could not use profanity or touch them... Hmmm... :))

I was making Kyle nervous when I was talking to his D.I.'s.. He was standing a distance away with his Dad and my husband. He was afraid I was going to say
something that would get him in trouble or embarrass him.. % :).. No.. I was careful not to joke too much ... I was already instructed not to put cute little things on envelops I sent him. Anything at all can be used to tease and torture the recruits.. Torture in the most benign meaning of the word.

|The Marine Corps Recruit Depot is what this facility is called. It is located at the north end of San Diego Bay. What a beautiful place it is. It reminded me of some of the places you shot in West Palm Beach.

I appreciate your visits...now drop and give me ten...grin
