...day's journey into night

As I was shooting the "moon sliver" picture, I heard a lot
of commotion as these lovely (and yes, tiny) Canada Geese did a
flyby. They are wonderful birds, mate for life, and I was very
happy to wave at them as they continued on in the night sky.

Nothing like a group of geese trying to get organized for the long flight back.
Reminds me of passengers in an airplane trying to sort things out before a long flight.
